Because Every Child Deserves To Be Safe.

ATP’s Protecting Children’s Innocence Task Force (PCI-TF) exists to defend the most vulnerable by equipping those on the front lines: law enforcement professionals investigating child exploitation. Rooted in a deep commitment to justice and healing, this initiative empowers agencies across the U.S. through cutting-edge resources and immersive retreat experiences that provide physical, emotional, and spiritual care.

OUR MISSION IS MINISTRY

These are not distant headlines — these are children in our schools, our neighborhoods, and our churches. This is why the Protecting Children’s Innocence Task Force exists. We see the protection of innocent children as a gospel calling. By supporting officers in the fight and helping expand their capacity, we directly impact a child’s ability to be rescued, restored and given a future.

Did You Know?

  • 66% of child abuse deaths involved children under the age of 3 years old, babies.
  • 68% of abusers are family, not outside the home or strangers.
  • Average offender has 13 victims in their lifetime.

The PCI Task Force partners with law enforcement to combat child sexual exploitation and abuse by providing advanced technologies, operational support, and performance optimization. Led by carefully selected, retired senior intelligence and law enforcement professionals, our team undergoes rigorous screening to ensure integrity, excellence, and trust.

Through supplemental funding, embedded expertise, and cutting-edge training, we enhance investigative capacity, refine strategies, and empower law enforcement to identify and prosecute offenders while safeguarding the most vulnerable members of society.

In 2023, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) received 36.2 million reports through its Cyber Tipline, encompassing over 105,000,000 files. Of these, approximately 54.8 million were images and 49.5 million were videos.
