Victor Marx
Founding President & CEO
ABOUT VICTOR
Victor Marx is founder and President of “All Things Possible,” a national faith-based organization. He has been working with troubled youth for two decades. His presentations as a speaker nationwide both inspire and motivate listeners. He provides a unique and effective approach for character development and behavior modification by helping youth excel to become Champions in Life.
Victor is a master of martial arts, a former U.S. Marine, and he has trained over 30 world and national martial art champions. Because of his own troubled youth, he has the heart to help kids of all ages succeed in life by overcoming the negative influences that would seek to destroy them.
NEVER TOO LATE TO BE A DAD
Victor’s father preferred pimping and dealing drugs to child rearing. His four step-fathers were criminals and alcoholics. He attended 14 schools and lived in 17 houses by the time he graduated from high school. The U.S. Marines gave some structure to his crazy life, and martial arts became a means to vent his anger. It wasn’t until his dad became a Christian that Victor had a life-changing experience with both his father and his Heavenly Father. Victor’s story is the saga of a life damaged beyond human hope, and the power of a mighty God to fully deliver and restore him through the forgiveness and love of Jesus Christ.
Today Victor Marx uses his charisma and his 7th degree black belt to lead (not chase!) people out of eternal danger and into the loving arms of God. He has appeared on the Christian Broadcasting Network’s 700 Club and Focus on the Family’s Weekend broadcast. He established several successful karate studios, and served as public affairs representative for Dr. James Dobson at Focus on the Family. He has a passion for sharing the Gospel while performing martial arts. His greatest joy is seeing troubled youth find new life in Jesus.
FUN FACTS
Victor Marx holds a 7th Degree in Keichu-Do. He was a weapons instructor and an expert competitive shooter in the United States Marine Corps. August 27, 2011 Victor was inducted into the Masters Hall of Fame (Martial Arts) and honored with the Pioneer Award.
The Honolulu Police Department and the city council awarded Victor the highest honor given to a civilian for his act of bravery, after he responded to the screams of a pregnant woman who was being attacked and sexually assaulted by a convicted felon. Victor incapacitated the convict and held him until police arrived, after which the man was convicted and sent to prison.
Victor has trained law enforcement officers and special military personnel from the Army’s Delta Force, the Marine’s Recon Rangers to Navy Seals as well as CIA. He taught martial arts to Brian Wilson of the “The Beach Boys,” and Victor’s students have been cast in movie roles. He has also worked with players from the NFL. Despite all the appearance of human achievement, Victor gives all glory to God Almighty and His Son Jesus Christ, with whom Victor has had a personal relationship since 1986.
THE MOST IMPORTANT
Victor’s greatest desire and achievements are that of being a husband and father. While Victor is a “Cajun” from Southern Louisiana, his lovely bride of twenty-two years, Eileen, is a California native and a former Miss Fitness USA. Eileen has earned the rank of 2nd degree black belt. She was co-founder of “Fitness Kickboxing” which became one of the country’s hottest conditioning workouts. They have five children ages ranging from 21 to 5 years old. The family resides in southern California.
Eileen Marx
ATP Ministry Co-founder

Eileen Marx is a California native and a former Miss Fitness U.S.A. Eileen has earned the rank of 2nd degree black belt in Keichu-Do. She was co-founder of “Fitness Kickboxing.” She currently teaches women’s self defense classes throughout California. Eileen is a busy mom of 5 children ranging from 23 down to 7! As time permits, Eileen joins her husband Victor and speaks to the young girls and women in juvenile and adult facilities throughout the country. Eileen sees co-laboring with her husband to reach as many hurting youth and adults as possible as a God-given privilege.
Michael Savenye
ATP Vice President of Strategic Development
With 20 + years in the corporate world within a variety of industries assisting them not only to expand but also contributing to their health and profitability he will help prioritize and finalize all speaking events and media appearances; expand our effectiveness in reaching youth and adults in the United States and soon in other countries. He is also the direct liaison with all strategic friends and partners of the ministry who help enable this work through financial support.
Chaplain Danny Sanchez
The ATP Chaplaincy Program ministers God’s love during crucial times of crisis. We reach out to hurting youth on the streets, in juvenile facilities, and sadly at funerals and in homes after homicides. The Hospital Based Peer Intervention Program provides bedside visits after gang-related injury. Chaplain Danny is an ordained minister, keynote speaker, and evangelist. Danny currently volunteers with the City of San Jose’s Faith Based Initiative, Gang Prevention Task Force as Lead Chaplain. There is urgency in Danny’s heart to reach youth and their families in the wake of violence. As a former gang member, he personally knows all too well the dangers and consequences of the lifestyle. He grew up in the juvenile correctional system and knows how important it is to reach out to those incarcerated and on the streets. After Danny’s radical conversion at age thirty, he knows that no one is too far gone for the power of the gospel to change their life.
Danny ministers to families after gang-related homicides to bring God’s love and compassion in times of loss. He provides funeral services for families and brings the light of Christ to the many hurting people in attendance. Through the Hospital Intervention branch of the program he visits with victims at the most crucial times, following gang-related injuries. As a part of the Chaplaincy Program he trains other pastors for fieldwork, and/or program modeling. He also conducts Gang 101 training for churches. Danny has a vision to mobilize churches in these violent times, as agents of peace in the community.
Danny is available to share his testimony message entitled “Hope for the Hopeless”. Danny is also a teaching pastor. One of his favorite messages to share is “Christ in the Community”. In April 2012, Danny received the national award of “Whitehouse Champion of Change” in Youth Violence Prevention.

Rocky Vasquez
ATP Texas State Outreach Director & Speaker
This letter of introduction and recommendation for Chaplain Rocky to speak to your students is one that I am pleased to present on behalf of All Things Possible Ministry. In a world where stories of radical change are rare and even more so when you consider Rocky’s background as a juvenile offender and adult maximum security felon, it is nothing more than a miracle story. I won’t belabor his past, just suffice it to say he was featured in “Ganglands” TV documentary that still airs on the web and TV. This once well-known gang leader for Satan’s disciples is now a not- so-known Jesus Disciple who is ever so willing to share with, counsel and encourage both your youth and staff. As a speaker, Rocky is one of the few that can capture and hold the attention of even the most hardened groups of juveniles. He is neither flamboyant nor exaggerated, just real.
Real hope is what is missing in so many of these lives and his life is a beacon of hope that truly, with God all things are indeed possible. A 2008 Criswell College graduate with a B.A. in Pastoral Ministry & Biblical Studies Pastor Rocky is currently pursuing his M. Div. in Pastoral Ministry & Church Administration at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Forth Worth, TX. He is also a husband to Frances Vasquez, and the father of five, and grandfather to four grandchildren.
Rocky is our ATP State Director and was recognized by Texas Youth Commission as Volunteer of the Year as well as the keynote speaker for their Annual conference. He would love the opportunity to come and speak at a chapel service or simple event at your facility either as a group or unit by unit, pod by pod. We fund Rocky so there would be zero cost to you. He will even bring my book to give to each of your students and a box of resources we call a “Spiritual Treasure Box” as a gift to you to help you encourage the youth you reach.
– Victor Marx, President – ATP Ministries
Go to our Film and Speaking Request page under Student Events to request Rocky to speak to your students. Thank you!

A Tribute from a son to his dad
Murrieta, California February 14, 2013: It’s a funny thing sitting here, actually fully immersed in the moment
that I have rehearsed in my head many, many times. The moment I find out my dad has gone Home. I got the call
at exactly 1:41 am on February 14th, 2013. I was not asleep but actually wide awake, visiting with my wife after
a wonderful evening dinner and an earlier call from my dad’s sweet wife of 15 years who called me from his
phone at 6:38 pm on the evening of the 13th. She was alarmed and concerned as he had a pretty rough afternoon
between 3:00 and 6:00. Apparently he had blacked out but seemed okay outside of some odd behavior. She told
me he then, for the first time in their 15 years of marriage, said he was going to bed around 6:30 pm. He was
struggling with a bout of old anxiety, his lifetime foe and surely his thorn in the flesh. He said he always looked at
this challenge as a person and real enemy and instead of being defeated he used it to make him a prayer warrior
and that, I can say, he surely was. Kathy helped his pain-riddled body to bed, tucked him in nice and comfy and
put on the only radio station he listed to: Christian Bible teaching and worship. He was able to settle in and drift to
sleep after wrestling with his CPAP machine. Then our Heavenly Father granted my dad his request to come take
him home in his sleep. His wife would find him already gone. She tried to resuscitate him but God’s will had already
been done.
I have always wondered how I would react or respond to my Dad’s death. I can write that I feel a sense of gratitude
toward the Lord and that His name is worthy to be praised; that Heaven is more real to me now than it was a few
hours ago; that the truth is like I heard Greg Laurie say live yesterday on the radio with Pastor Chuck, that our
days are numbered which I really, really got it in a new way. That we do not have to fear or worry about death but
only live fully knowing when our service to the Lord is complete on this earth, that He will bring us, usher us, grant
us the most magnificent Homecoming and grand entrance. A Homecoming that instantly relieves us of all pain,
suffering, torment, worry, insecurity, fear, replaced with a permanent peace, comfort, and love that have all been
fulfilled by our living Hope Jesus and His death on the Cross and resurrection.
I lay here typing thinking what is he seeing right now; my dad’s new eyes are able to fully and completely look
upon the Throne of God and embrace his Savior, the One who delivered him from a life of sin, and now has
transformed his corruption into incorruption. My eyes fill with tears trying to type, my jaws tightening a bit
knowing full well my dad has fallen on his knees and is overwhelmed by the Lord’s Love, amazing Love. Looking up
he is being greeted and jumped on by the hundreds of those whom he had boldly proclaimed his faith to in person
and I’m sure the thousands indirectly through prayers and our film that have gone before him.
“Oh death,” I say, “Where is your sting? Your brief appearance at my father’s bed was the last perception of sin he
would be bothered with but for a moment; and you, Satan, did not win by the death of a saint, a warrior. No! You
lost because his race has been run, his battles all fought, and he got the last word – YES LORD!! as he heard Jesus
say, ‘Welcome Home, good and faithful servant, enter into your rest!’”
Thank you, dad, for bringing me to know the love of our Heavenly Father by rejecting passivity, accepting
responsibility, warring for me to come to salvation on June 22nd, 1986. Thank you for allowing me to change my
last name back to yours and carry on our family name and legacy; for being my best man in my wedding; for
teaching me and training me in Keichu-Do which you created; for helping me become a man; for always being there
for me with an instant prayer and those amazing healing prayers of peace that NEVER once failed to comfort me in
my greatest times of struggle; for your laughter and love for the Lord.
Kathy said your Bible was open to Jeremiah 11 & 12. Oh, how you loved the Scriptures and also how you prayed
with her every night for 15 years before bed.
I love ya’ daddy and I do already miss the thought of calling or seeing you but I am motivated and empowered to
continue running my race and fighting for the Lord’s Kingdom for souls as my father before me.
Thank you for being a faithful follower of Christ, a faithful husband, and the best dad an adult son could have asked
for!
Your little boy, who ain’t so little, your son,
Vic

Ebo Elder
ATP Speaker
For many years boxing fans have known Ebo Elder as the “Xtreme Machine”. His career began at the age of two, and spanned over 25 years. He won four consecutive Georgia State Golden Gloves titles and several national championships. He was the only fighter to fight without a loss on the Holyfield Team and he won a silver medal in the 1998 Goodwill Games World Championships on HBO at Madison Square Garden. After nearly 150 amateur fights Ebo missed out on the 2000 Olympic Games due to a motorcycle accident and broken wrist.
After turning pro, Ebo fought to 22 wins, 3 defeats and 16 knockout victories. He won the WBO Intercontinental, IBA and NABO Championships while winning a fight nominated for “Fight of the Year” and “Knockout of the Year” on Showtime in 2004. This fight earned him a #5 world ranking by the WBA. He also competed on the ESPN reality show, The Contender.
Outside of the ring Ebo has faced many tough battles as well. Seemingly, his toughest fight has been with his wife of ten years, Amy. They were childhood friends, high school sweethearts and married three weeks after graduation. An unwillingness to accept the call of Christ in their lives led them to a divorce only two years later. In their divorce Ebo turned towards drugs, alcohol and sex to find fulfillment, purpose and peace.
After failing to fill the void in his life, Ebo decided to end his life. With a gun to his head God spoke to him, giving hope to a hopeless man and radically changing Ebo’s life forever. Ebo and Amy’s story of reconciliation, remarriage, second chances and new beginnings is a vitally important message that so many need to hear. They have been remarried for eleven years and have four daughters.
Ebo is the founder and president of Ebo Tribe Ministries. He has a passion for educating and inspiring people of all ages, races and economic backgrounds to live the life of power and purpose they were created to live. He also serves as an ATP Ministries Speaker.
Mack White
ATP Speaker
Mack White experienced firsthand what it is like to be a part of the cradle to the cage pipeline. Mack was born into the circumstances and cruelty of inner city life in Houston’s toughest neighborhood only to end up in prison, a two time felon, at the age of 16. Mack never denies his part in this tragedy, but is convinced that there are ways to keep others from making the same choices and break the cycle. Kids born into cultural depravity are making adult decision, life altering decisions, at the ages as young as 10. With that in mind, Mack is on a mission to teach every kid in America that when opportunity is rare and life is not fair, preparation is the only way out of his or her snare. Because of Mack’s leadership for good in prison, he earned a reputation that gave him many opportunities outside of jail. An official spokesperson for One Heart Project, Mack is also a speaker for ATP Ministries. Mack is also a model and actor.
